Jason P. Carroll
Jason Carroll was raised in Northwest Indiana just outside of Chicago. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Franklin College of Indiana where he graduated with a double major in Political Science and American Studies. After graduation, he pursued and earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He is admitted to the Illinois State Bar and to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association.
Having grown up in a union household – Jason’s mother was a public-school teacher and his father was a proud union machinist – Jason does not take for granted the victories unions have fought for and won for their workers. He strives to continue that fight alongside not only his union clients but his non-union clients alike.
Since he first began practicing law nearly twenty years ago, Jason has focused his practice on protecting the rights of injured workers before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission. Today, his practice is dedicated to representing injured workers. He has successfully litigated hundreds of cases involving, but not limited to, back injuries, shoulder injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, repetitive trauma, and exposure. Jason has tried over one-hundred cases and has also pursued and won appeals before the Commission, Circuit Court and the Illinois Appellate Court.
Jason is married and lives in Chicago. In his spare time, Jason enjoys watching the White Sox and Blackhawks, and also enjoys working out and cooking.
